Teen Legislative Visit
On April 2nd, RTH Health & Wellness Peers met with Rep. Sam Montano to discuss their research into school discipline and restorative justice in Greater Boston schools. Later in April, we invited her to an event in our neighborhood during the school vacation week. We also met with the legislative aide for Rep. Chynah Tyler and Corey Jordan. We will follow up with her and invite her to the neighborhood for our event.

New Our Story Page
We’ve expanded on RTH’s rich history by adding more photos, artifacts, and other historical documents to the ‘Our Story‘ Page. Check out those, plus a 2023 interview with RTH founders Douglas Levinson and Hayden Duggan.
Youth Job Fair 2024
The City of Boston Youth Jobs and Resource Fair was held on March 23rd at the Reggie Lewis Center. Join us to connect and get access to youth resources at this free event. Youths were able to find job placement opportunities, career development workshops, free food, live performances, raffles, giveaways, games, and more! Around 2000 teens attended to get connected to jobs and opportunities. RTH received 18 job applications submitted for our teen summer positions during this event.
Saint Patrick’s Day Celebration
March 10th, 1pm. Everyone is a little bit Irish on this day! Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us. St. Patrick’s Day has become a truly important occasion – embraced by Americans of all faiths and backgrounds. We want to see your Irish eye smiling! Try to sign along to some Irish tunes! Have yourself a grand old time! (Resident must be ages 21 and above to attend this event.)
February Vacation Launch Trampoline Park
The students had a great February vacation week. They attended the launch trampoline in Norwood, where they jumped, played arcade games, and had pizza on 2/21/24. Bowling students bowled, received arcade cards, and had pizza on 2/23/24.
Black History Month
Black History Month celebrates black history on Saturday, February 24th, from 3:00pm to 7:00 pm at RTHCC Gymnasium. DJ music by Marc Mix Productions; Performances by the Sociedad Latina Alumni Band; Special appearance by Angelina Hightower; Multi-Media presentation; Food, prizes, and fun for the entire family!

The Ins and Outs of RTH: How We Run
Takes place on the first Wednesday of each month at RTHCC Room 117. Learn the history of RTH, how we are represented, community events & committees, Board of Directors: what they do & how it works, By-laws, running for the Board, RTH mission: values and vision for our community, Leading meetings, getting to consensus. Fall Edition 2023 Whats Up now live!
Fall + Late Fall 2023 What’s Up is now live on Publication page! We are covering two different sessions dates this edition; September 24th – November 4th and November 5th – December 16th. The season brings us a host of events, activities and opportunities.
Annual Summer Block Party!
The annual summer block party is back again! August 19th from 12pm noon to 5pm. This year we have many exciting activities and entertainment for all RTH residents! STEM Summer 2023 Program
Date: 5 weeks program, July 17th – August 18th
Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm
Where: RTH Resource Center
Grades: Rising 2nd through 8th graders

Summer Enrichment Program 2023
The last day of After School Program is Friday, June 23rd. Summer Enrichment Program will begin on July 5th. From 8:00am to 6:00pm. For more information and registration about Summer Enrichment Program, please contact RTHCC Front Desk. (617)232-4306 x200.
Parent Appreciation Meeting
A time for caregivers, parents, and grandparents a chance to have fun, learn from each other, and hear about summer programs and enjoy a meal.

Summer Enrichment Program
The RTH’s SEP Program is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care EEC. The SEP program will operate from July 5th – September 1st. Hours of operation: 8am – 6pm The program’s curriculum will be based on weekly themes each month and offers physical fitness, field trips, swimming, arts and crafts, library visits, and Read Boston the Story mobile.
