Board of Directors

The Roxbury Tenants of Harvard bylaws grant oversight responsibilities to a governing body composed of community residents. The RTH chief executive reports to a Board of Directors, composed of eleven RTH residents, who are elected by their peers and serve on a volunteer basis. Their aim is to ensure the preservation and creation of affordable housing and to provide support services that enable residents to overcome situational and generational poverty through education, job training, and the promotion of health and well-being.
