Security

RTH uses Securitas services to monitor and manage building units, lobbies, common areas, offices, and service areas. The RTH security team enforces all safety policies and acts as the first response source in case of emergencies. The RTH security team also leverages the services of a Securitas, a leading security firm that provides guarding and monitoring services.

The RTH security staff is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is located in the lobby of the Levinson Building. In the event of an emergency, they can be reached at (617) 731-6972.

Facilities Office

The Trinity facilities team provides operational services to all residents, including maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks or heating issues, as well as supports fire safety. Business hours for the Facilities Office are 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, however, off-hours maintenance issues can be reported 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Management Offices

The Trinity Management Office supports residents with any issues related to their tenancy, such as recertifications, questions about their lease, rent payments, collections, and more.

For residents of Mission Park, the Management Office is open from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am—5:00 pm and is located at 835 Huntington Avenue. They can be reached at (617) 566-0707 or via our Contact Form.

For residents of the RTH properties and The Mosaic, the Management Office is located at 747 Huntington Ave. It is open from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. They can be reached at (617) 232-5910.

Due to the pandemic, residents are asked to make an appointment with Management Office staff.
