The Sports Department here at RTH believes sports are a vehicle that allows you to build self-confidence, discover what it feels like to work towards a goal and achieve results, while finding community and connection. We try to create opportunities for families and youth to experience greatness.

The Sports Department is excited to offer you the opportunity to discover something new! This might be a new sport, a love of exercise and physical activity, or an opportunity to meet people and make friends. We believe sports offer you the opportunity to learn and move at the same time, while you’re learning life skills, connecting with others, and building self-confidence. Many of our programs are targeted toward youth, but we offer opportunities for people of all ages and abilities.
We manage state-of-the-art facilities, including a full-sized basketball court, a weight room, cardio equipment, exercise studios, and more. We offer classes, team sports, and open gym time.
Please note: All participants in RTH fitness programs and users of RTH sports facilities are required to have a signed registration form and emergency contact on file with us.
Sports Opportunities
We offer a wide range of opportunities for youths and adults, ranging from basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, tennis, and taekwondo. We also offer mindfulness, meditation, and dance.
